Open Enrollment Events

We know that selecting the right health insurance plan can be overwhelming–let our trained Care Coordinators help! Throughout ACA Marketplace open enrollment season, Nov. 1 through Jan. 31, we’ll host a series of FREE events where our Coordinators will walk you through the application process and assist you in getting the right level of coverage. They can also help with applying for Medicaid or our Sliding Fee Discount Program for those who cannot obtain insurance. 

**Open Enrollment Kick-off Event: Nov. 1, Noon to 4 p.m., in our Manassas location.  Featuring presentations and information on ACA Marketplace, enrollment services and refreshments.

If you can’t make the kick-off, join one of the many other enrollment events scheduled at our other locations:


  • Woodbridge Office: Nov. 7, Dec. 5, Jan. 9 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct 7,  Jan 6 – 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Manassas Office: Nov 21, Dec 12,  Jan 23 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Oct 1, Jan 13 – 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
