The Health Center gladly welcomes Medicaid and Medicare recipients.

Self-Pay
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash payments. Discounts for essential services are offered using a sliding scale. In addition, our Eligibility Workers can help determine whether you or your children are eligible for assistance through Medicaid or FAMIS.

Sliding Scale Fee
The Health Center offers a discounted fee for uninsured patients based on their income and number of dependents. All uninsured patients are requested to bring with them their most recent IRS tax return and paystubs covering the last 30 days to their next appointment. Patients are requested to come to their appointment at least 30 minutes early to work with our Front Desk staff to process this new federal requirement.
